Report a Bug

 

Q:How do I Submit a Bug Report?
A:When you submit a bug report, it allows us to take a more in depth look at what may be causing the issues that you are experiencing.

To submit a bug report please follow these steps:

1. From the Toontown Online website, click on "Help" on the top bar.
2. Choose "Report a Bug".
3. Fill out all the information, and be sure to include your log files.

*Please note that this is the best and quickest way for us to help you resolve technical issues.

Q:How do I send in my log files?
A:Your log files are created whenever you try to log in or play Toontown. It contains valuable information that allows us to see what may be happening to you while you are in the game. Please follow the instructions to obtain your log files based on how you enter into Toontown:

Windows

Through the website or the Brown Dog desktop icon (Active X Launcher):
1. Click on the "Start" menu button
2. Click on "My Computer" icon
3. Click on "C:" Hard Disk Drive icon
4. Click on "Program Files" Folder
5. Click on "Disney" Folder
6. Click on "DisneyOnline" Folder
7. Click on "Toontown" Folder
8. Click the words "Date Modified" near the top of the window so that the newest date is at the top.
9. Select the newest "toontown-xxxxxx_xxxxxx.log"(where "x" equals a number) file and email that to us.

Through the Blue Flippy Launcher (PC Launcher):
1. Click on the "Start" menu button
2. Click on "My Computer" icon
3. Click on "C:" Hard Disk Drive icon
4. Click on "Program Files" Folder
5. Click on "Disney" Folder
6. Click on "DisneyOnline" Folder
7. Click on "Toontown" Folder
8. Click the words "Date Modified" near the top of the window so that the newest date is at the top.
9. Select the newest "launcher-xxxxxx_xxxxxx.log" and "toontown-xxxxxx_xxxxxx.log"(where "x" equals a number) files and email those to us.

Mac

1. Click Finder on the Dock
2. Click Home User (the user with the house icon)
3. Click Library folder
4. Click Logs folder
5. View: Arrange by: Type
6. Choose the latest Toontown logs
7. Attach the logs to your email reply
