Found a bug in Toontown Online? Please describe the behavior you encountered in as much detail as you can and submit it to us using the form below. Please know we will not contact you unless we need more information. If you have an account problem or other customer service issue, please use the Contact Us form.

Step 1. In the description area below, please describe in detail the nature of the problem and the steps needed to reproduce it. Be sure to include your registered email address, and your Account ID.

Step 2. Attach all of your latest Game Logs with today's date.
   • These logs look like this: toontown-yymmdd_HHMMSS.log
   • If you cannot locate your game logs, please read these instructions.

Step 3. Attach all of your latest Launcher Logs with today's date.
   • These logs look like this: launcher-yymmdd_HHMMSS.log
   • If you cannot locate your game logs, please read these instructions.

Step 4. If the problem is with the graphical display of Toontown, meaning something in the game doesn't look as it should, please send us a screenshot. Press F9 (or Comand+Shift+3 on a Mac) to capture your screenshot and it will be saved as a .jpg file (or .png on a Mac) in the Toontown folder in your Toontown directory (or on your Mac desktop).
