Q:What kind of Mac is needed to play Toontown?: A:To run Toontown from your Mac, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

* PowerPC 450 MHz or any Mac with an Intel processor
* 256 MB of RAM
* 150MB free space on your hard drive
* A 32 MB video card
* A 56K modem, or a faster Internet connection
* OS X 10.4.6 (Tiger) or newer
* Safari Browser

Q:Can I play Toontown through the OS X firewall?: A:Yes, but your firewall or proxy must allow Internet traffic to our game servers on ports 80 (the standard http port), 443 (the standard secure https port), and port 6667, which Toontown uses to connect to its game server.

If your OS X firewall is enabled you must do the following to configure it to work with Toontown:

For OS X Tiger (v10.4):
1. Open the Apple Menu.
2. Click System Preferences.
3. In the System Preferences window, click on Sharing.
4. Click on the Firewall tab, then click New.
5. Select Other from the Port Name drop-down menu.
6. Enter 443, 80, 6667 in the Port Number, Range, or Series field, and Toontown Mac Client as the Description, then click OK.
7. Finally, take a look at the bottom of the Allow list. It should now contain the Toontown entry.
8. You can now close the Sharing window.

Congratulations! Your firewall should now allow traffic on the necessary ports to play Toontown from your Mac.

Q:How do I install Toontown in OS X?: A:To install Toontown in OS X, please follow all of the instructions below:

1. At the Toontown Web site, click the red "Play" button.
2. Log into your Toontown account with your username and password.
3. On the page that says "Install Toontown," click "Next."
4. In the dialog box that appears, click "Continue" and follow the directions in the dialog boxes to finish installing.

Note: If Safari's option to open "safe" files after download is disabled, you will need to manually open the "toontownplugin.dmg" file by locating it on the Desktop and double-clicking it. After you double-click "toontownplugin.dmg," a window will open and you'll see a filed named "toontownbundlemanagerpkg.pkg." Double-click this file and follow the directions in the dialog boxes to finish installing.

Q:How do I install the Toontown MAC OS X Snow Leopard plugin?: A:Follow these easy instructions to install the new Toontown MAC OS X Snow Leopard plugin:

1. Log into Toontown.com.
2. Click the Play button.
3. Download the Toontown Snow Leopard plugin.
4. Follow the installation instructions to complete the installation.
5. Restart Safari if the game launcher does not start automatically.

Q:How do I uninstall Toontown in OS X?: A:To completely uninstall Toontown from your computer, please follow all of the instructions below:

1. Open the Mac Finder.

2. To remove the Toontown Game Client, please do the following:
     * Select your Home Directory -> Library Folder -> Application Folder.
     * Select the WDIG Folder and drag to your Trash.

3. To remove the Toontown Application:
     * Select the Mac Harddrive -> Applications.
     * Next drag the Toontown Application to your Trash.

4. To remove the Toontown Plugin, please do the following:
     * Select the Mac Harddrive -> Library -> Internet Plugins.
     * Next drag the toontownbundlemanager.plugin to the Trash.

Q:How can I update OS X to work best with Toontown?: A:The problem that you experienced may be resolved by updating the software on your Mac. Apple frequently releases updates to your computer's software. The Software Update feature in Mac OS X makes it very easy to determine and get exactly what you need.
To get updates immediately:

1. Click the Apple icon in the top left of your screen.
2. Click "Software Update" and your Mac should automatically detect which updates your computer needs.
3. In the Software Update window, select the items you want to install, then click Install.
4. Enter an administrator account name and password.
5. After the update is complete, restart the computer if required.
6. Repeat these steps to see if more updates are now available. Because some software updates are prerequisites for others, you may need to repeat these steps several times to complete the software update sequence.

Please be aware, that this may require you to download the updates, install them, and restart your computer.

Q:How do I update my drivers?: A:1. Click the Apple icon on the top left
