Yes thats happened to me once before it was so annoying! Thanks for fixing it toon council thats a great help! Also i found a lone dancing trash can on lighthouse lane in donalds dock. Maybe one day all the trash cans in donald dock will be dancing we wont know until it happens! please post and reply- Fisherman.

Wow, It does look crazier-I think the rouge silly Cogs should be only turned by Silly Surges except in RARE situations. And in DDL, I think there should be a accidental cloning of Donald making the Silly Surges make them come to life.
