The Silly Meter is really rising up to the top! The Toons are doing their job right. Toon Council, many of the Toons who have reached their maximum Laff limit would probably want more Laff Points. Well, my suggestion is to have more Laff Points beyond 137. I would probably want more even if I have reached the maximum Laff limit. Toons of the World, Unite! ~ Good ol' Salty Giggletoon.
