I have not noticed anything moving besides the crane on a mailbox in Donald's Dock. And does killing cogs actually affect the meter in any way? Because it seems as if the meter has not gone up at all.

Flippy MUST be loving his new office :D The meter is a very cool also and i am now very excited to fight cogs to make those silly levels go higher and sometime have it reach the very TOP! Anyway i have an idea for the meter eaching the top. I think you should make a specail week of sillyness. For an example have the cogs doing something they would never do, such as skipping.
