I always wondered why the Silly Meter didn't rise up yet! Looks like the Toons are doing a good job protecting Toontown from the Cogs and getting the world sillier at the same time! I wonder what would happen if Toons managed to get the Silly Meter all the way up to the top? As the old saying goes, only time will tell. And speaking of the Cogs, it looks like the Cogs are getting more and more angrier by the minute! Their rage and fury are burning their robot bodies as we keep causing Silly Surges by defeating them! If this keeps up, we'll have the whole world coming to life in a matter of weeks! Let the Toons keep the Silly Meter rising! Toons of the World, UNITE!

I've managed to get the Cracked-Uptick in collaboration with three other Toons using Foghorns. It wasn't solo, but hey, every Silly Surge counts! And let's see... I've seen the hydrant on Silly Street, but haven't really seen any of the other things that have come alive so far. I wonder if someday, a mailbox will be somebody's dance partner for a Toontown Dance Competition or maybe I'll fight alongside a street sign in battle. I'm excited to see any of those happen! Keep filling the meter, Toons!

I thought it was just my imagination and then i started to walk away when it waved again. I looked, it was still. I went over to the corner and it did it again. I was going nuts. Is "Silly Surge" itself a Silly Surge level? Ironic that it's relatively low for one. I've caused quite a few Cracked Upticks from pianos and TNTs, and I keep hearing strange noises. I don't think the noises come directly from the Silly Meter because they sound different. It's like the sound of something stretching or bending. Anyway, I'm lovin' the Silly Meter, Toon Council!

I absolutely love the new toon hall! When I first went inside I was shocked; the silly meter was so neat looking and the sounds were so cool and funny! The angle when you first walk in gives the affect of a funhouse in a carnival, (loved Flippy's office, too.) The silly meter looks like nothing TT has come out with before: the graphics are wonderful. With each new release they just keep geting better and better. The fire hydrents look really funny, too. Way to go! :-D
