Q:What is a Toontown Game Card?

A:Toontown Game Cards are available from participating retailers like Target and Rite Aid. They are a great way to upgrade to a Full Toontown Membership with a 1-month card subscription. Game cards are only activated at the time of purchase. To redeem a game card, go to the Membership section of the website, click on "Redeem" under Redeem Game Card, and login. Then enter the 16-digit number from your game card and click Redeem. If you experience any issues, please contact us.

Q:What's included with my purchase of a Toontown Game Card?

A:With a Toontown Game Card, you'll enjoy all the same benefits as Members who pay with a credit card! These include:

  • Unlimited in-game access
  • Six Toons to create, name, and personalize
  • Clothes and items to collect and customize your Toons
  • A Toon house for each of your Toons
  • Cool wallpapers, furniture, and other items to customize your Toon houses
  • Six themed neighborhoods packed with hundreds of quests

Q:I'm a current member of Toontown on a monthly, semi-annual or annual credit card plan. Can I apply a Toontown Game Card to my current subscription?

A:Yes! Go to the Membership section of the website, click on "Redeem" under Redeem Game Card. From here you can log in to your account and enter your Toontown Game Card information. The game card's time will be added to your account to extend your full Toontown Membership subscription. When the amount of time on the game card expires, you will automatically be moved back to having your credit card billed for your account -- just as usual. You can apply another Toontown Game Card at any time.

Q:I purchased a Membership/redeemed a Game Card, but the account still shows as Free?

A:You must first update your Toontown account on our new website for your purchase to be activated. Follow these steps to update your Toontown account.

  1. Click on Membership on the main navigation, and then Account Manager, and log in. You will be prompted to update your Toontown account.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to update your account, and be sure to have your Parent Password handy to complete the update process.
  3. Once your account has been updated, return to the Account Manager, log in, click the Manage Membership tab, and verify that your purchase has been activated.
  4. Press the "Play Now!" button and enjoy the game as a full Member!

Q:How do I continue my full Toontown Membership when my Game Card expires?

A:You can continue your full Toontown Membership by redeeming a new Game Card. Please follow these steps:

  1. Click on Membership on the main navigation, and then the yellow "Enter Code" button in the Enter Game Code box.
  2. Log in when prompted and enter your Game Card code, then select the account you'd like to apply it to.
  3. Click "Enter Code" to complete your purchase.
  4. Press the "Play Now!" button and enjoy the game as a full Member!

Q:Where can I see the date that my Membership subscription or Game Card time ends?

A:You can view your Membership subscription or Game Card information by following these steps:

  1. Click on Membership on the main navigation, and then Account Manager, and log into your account.
  2. Click on the Manage Membership tab and if you have any linked accounts, select the account you wish to view in the "Account" drop-down menu.
  3. Here you can view all your Membership details, including the date that this account's subscription expires.

Q:What happens to my account when my Toontown Game Card expires?

A:When the purchased amount of time on your Toontown Game Card expires, you can continue your full Toontown Membership by purchasing an upgrade in the Membership section of the website. From here you can log in to your account and enter a new Toontown Game Card or choose from several other cost-saving Membership plans.

If you do not wish to continue your full Toontown Membership subscription, your account will become a Free account. You can still play Toontown whenever you want, for as long as you want -- with limited access -- as a Free account. For information on what is included with a Free account, please click here.

Q:When using a Toontown Game Card, will my credit card be charged automatically?

A:No, we will never charge you without your consent. To start your full Toontown Membership with a Toontown Game Card, we do not require that you give us your credit card number. If you choose to continue your full Membership, you can purchase another Toontown Game Card or use your credit card to extend your Membership.

Please note, if you are currently on a full Toontown Membership subscription that renews automatically, you will begin to be billed again once your Toontown Game Card expires.

Q:Will I be charged any fees for using the Toontown Game Card?

A:No. The only fee for the Toontown Game Card is for the initial purchase at the store.

Q:How can I return my Toontown Game Card?

A:To return a Toontown Game Card, please check the return policy of the store where you purchased your card. No refund or exchange will be permitted if the code is scratched off.

A:Please contact the retailer where you purchased your Toontown Game Card, since game cards are activated on-site at the retail locations.
