Hmmm, it's hard to say what will happen, it IS the silly meter after all... But if i had to take a guess, i'd say that it would affect buildings, signs or even the pavement! I mean, once you've seen a dancing mailbox and a rather entertaining dustbin, the next logical step in terms of sillyness would be this. I'm just imagining (or trying not to)the pure chaos that would ensue if the pavement came alive and people started tickling it....

Well one scientist said "Get ready to get ridiculous!" i think.So it's got to be silly! Could it possibly be something with Silly Surges? I just can't think about what it could be because Toontown is REALLY silly! I wonder what it could be?
