In a top secret Loony Lab, those wacky Toon Scientists are working overtime fixing up
the Silly Meter. (At least we think they're working.)
The ToonCouncil rightly requested that the kooky contraption be reassembled to rapidly rejuvenate Toontown's silliness right away. The plan is to have the Silly Meter up and running in Toon Hall this very weekend!
