Hi Flippy its me! I know how to get rid of cogs! Its hard because they might get out of what my plan is! We could make a little dark tunnel with a cage in the factorys and the cog bosses will go in and then everything goes silly! Then some toons will battle with there gags at the factorys! Good question, Brittany! The Toon Troop is a branch of the Toon Council whose job is to make sure Toons have a great time! To meet them, visit a Party Gate in any Playground, and look for Victory Parties hosted by the TOON TROOP!
