Well Doctor Clover Fizzletwist, the Snowman, SnowDoodle, and Flappy Cog are a little different than the stone statues in the Cattlelog... You'll have to earn a high enough Shovel Skill to plant those. Check out the Gardening section of the Player's Guide to learn more!

I just saw Autum putting up a Flappy Cog and it's amazing! Eclipse balled up a Snow Doodle, and is it ever adorable!! Princess Bizzy has a melting snowman. Not to worry, Angie! You can keep changing what's on your statue pedestal. So if you planted a Melting Snowman last year, and then a Flappy Cog after Victory Parties, and now you plant a Melting SnowDoodle - you can start all over again with your Snowman - and he'll melt like new!
