You can get the code in today's new issue of Toon News... For the Amused! 
To read the Toon News, just jump into Toontown and click the typewriter tab in your Schticker Book.
Once you have the code, go to the Options & Codes page in your Shticker Book and enter the code there.
Wait a few minutes, then check your Toon's mailbox - you’ll receive 48 hours of cannon rentals to enjoy at your Estate!
Today's Toon News... For the Amused! also announces that prizes have been sent to winners of the Top Toons New Year's Marathon!
Check your Toon mailboxes this weekend to see if YOU won...

I used mine. I was low on laff from battling the CEO and i had only had 20 laff left! I typed in BOOM and got the cannon party! I gained all my laff back in less than 15 minutes! Im so glad i got that cannon party!
