He is jumping around because he is so happy yo be able to have extra Jelly Beans in his house to save for when he wants to buy something for his friends from the store. He is also happy because he is able to restock his pockets for when he out and about fighting cogs to be able to restock his gags to fend off any cog that would be trying to defeat his friends while they are out doing eeronds for the things that they need to buy from all the great shops that are all over ToonTown. I know that when I see a friend that is being attacked by a nasty cog I go into battle with then to fend off that nasty cog that is out to make my ToonTown a nasty and colorless place to be proud to call home. Thank you Council for giving me a bank in my Estate as well as yours/ It has help out so much when I need to restock on Jelly Beans.

I think that the bank is special because each bean costs more than one bean depending on the color. Eg: green= 2 red=3 etc. Also, it is special because its a gift from TOON COUNCIL : )
