Toontown Safety

Play Toontown anywhere!

The Toon Council reminds all Toons to follow Disney's Online Code of Conduct here.

We’re very aware of the “hackers” who break these rules by manipulating Toontown's program (or telling other players how to do so), in order to change the way Toontown behaves.
We take hacks and those who use them to break the rules in Toontown very seriously, including banning or permanently terminating their accounts.

In the end, the only thing hackers really do is knock you and other Toons out of Toontown. The problems they cause unfortunately take our programmers away from creating the cool, new stuff you Toons have been asking for.
While we work to stop their Cog-like activity, YOU can also help keep yourself and Toontown safe:

Play Toontown only with the software provided for download at Toontown.com.
Using other software to play Toontown for you (sometimes called a macro) or altering the Toontown software code in any way is not permitted. Though you might not know it, this interferes with gameplay for lots of other Toons, and often results in a system crash.
This means the Toontown developers have to stop creating new, fun things to do in Toontown while they figure out what happened.

Also, the Toon Council is always here to help.  Feel free to Contact Us with any known hacks or if you would like to report someone using or giving out hacks.

If you are unsure of a situation, just grab a parent for help.

Check out more great tips here and help keep Toontown a fun and safe place to play!
