To download a Toontown wallpaper just click the wallpaper image size that you want to download, then:

 

For Internet Explorer: Right-click on the image that pops-up and select "Set as Background"

For Firefox: Right-click on the image that pops-up and select "Set as Desktop Background..."

For Safari: Right-click/control-click on the image that pops-up and select "Use Image as Desktop Picture"
